A Black Panther “slash claw” and a plastic Power Rangers sword are among the toys covering a customer safety and security team’s yearly listing of worst toys for the vacation season.

Massachusetts-based World Against Toys Causing Injury, or W.A.T.C.H., introduced its checklist Tuesday at a Boston kids’s medical facility.

A Nerf gun, a Cabbage Patch Children doll as well as a xylophone for babies likewise made the list.

The nonprofit organization’s president, Joan Siff, says much of the playthings represent choking, eye as well as other safety and security threats that surface every year.

Yet the Plaything Association, a toy sector profession group, states the annual listing is prejudiced as well as unreliable. The association says W.A.T.C.H. does not examine the playthings.

W.A.T.C.H. has been launching its checklist for even more than 4 decades.Related Articles
