Orange County firefighters heading to Texas to help with Hurricane Harvey

A group of Orange County firefighters got on a journey through the Southwestern United States Friday morning, Aug. 25 –– on their means to San Antonio, Texas, to supply search-and-rescue aid during Hurricane Harvey.

Hurricane Harvey, currently proclaimed a Group 2 storm by forecasters, is barreling toward Texas with the stamina to flooding communities 100 miles inland. Winds can hit 125 miles per hr, and the storm is anticipated to make landfall late Friday or very early Saturday.
