Laguna Beach girls water polo defeats Newport Harbor to extend league winning streak

Emma Lineback and also Molly Renner each racked up 3 objectives Saturday, March 6 to assist Laguna Beach’s ladies water polo group defeat Newport Harbor 14-8 for its 62nd successive organization victory.

The Breakers (2-0) lead the Surf Organization match 9-7 at halftime and outscored the Sailors 5-1 in the second fifty percent.

Jessie Rose, Ava Houlahan and Nicole Struss each added 2 objectives each for Laguna Beach.

Taylor Smith racked up five goals to rate Newport Harbor (1-1).

In the children match, Newport Harbor beat Laguna Coastline 15-9 behind six goals by Ben Liechty.
