SANTA ANA — — A 26-year-old Huntington Coastline man begged blameless Monday to a murder cost stemming from a hit-and-run collision in Water fountain Valley last September that eliminated a bicyclist.
Justin Scott German was charged last Monday with a single matter of murder with a sentencing improvement accusation of running away the scene of dedicating an automotive homicide, inning accordance with court documents. German, who listed his line of work as safety and security, was arrested Thursday, according to prison records.
German was initially arrested on Sept. 14, but was released and had actually remained free till last week. He’s being kept in lieu of $1 million bond.
